The
Port of Daesan was built to support petrochemical plant complexes,
and currently four dolphin type berthing facilities,privately
owned by Hyundai and Samsung, can simultaneosly accommodate
11 ships from 5,000 D/W to 250,000 D/W. The Port will
be developed to support the Dokgot Industrial Site and
Daean Thermal Power Plant.
